Blueberry Wellness Shake
- 250 g blueberries
- 1 small untreated lemon
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 500ml buttermilk
- 30g soluble porridge oats
Preparation:
Briefly rinse the blueberries, thoroughly drain and carefully sort and select them. Rinse the lemon in hot water and dry it, finely grate some lemon peel and squeeze out the juice.
Place the blueberries, lemon peel, vanilla sugar, buttermilk and soluble porridge oats into a blender and mix until smooth (or use an immersion blender). Pour the shake into glasses.
