Oat and Cheese Rounds to accompany a crispy salad

Für 4 Portionen:
  • 200 g rolled gats cheese
  • 2 spoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon extra soft porridge oats for coating
  • oil for frying
Oat and Cheese Rounds to accompany a crispy salad

Preparation:

Cut the rolled goats cheese into 8 similar pieces and turn them in flour, egg and oats one by one. Fry until golden in the frying pan with oil. Arrange 2 oat and cheese rounds per person onto the salad and serve with fresh baguette.

Tip: Instead of goats cheese you can also use feta cheese or mozzarella.
