Strawberry-Oats Quark Dessert

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 250g low-fat quark
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 250 g Crème fresh or cream cheese
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 30 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100gr rolled oats
Strawberry-Oats Quark Dessert
Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes.


Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut into small pieces and mix with a small sachet of vanilla sugar. Stir the quark with some water until smooth, add the crème fresh or cream cheese to the mixture and add 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and lemon juice to taste. Place in a cool place for 30 minutes. Melt the butter, vanilla sugar and honey in a pan and roast the porridge oats while continuously stirring.
Arrange the cooled down roasted oat flakes, the quark mixture and the strawberries in layers in a glass.
