IT Manager
Work destination: Celejów (next to Wilga, Garwolin)
Region: Mazovia
Management Tasks:
- Manage the IT team, environment, and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Act as a direct IT business partner for local management, understanding and addressing company needs
- Develop local IT as part of the OneIT Team, ensuring alignment with global IT & TI strategies
- Handle business requests, developing decision papers for strategic direction
- Manage local IT & TI services and projects with a business-oriented approach
- Collaborate with other central IT departments and the TI division, in consideration of the “Brüggen 2032 and OneIT” Strategies
- Implement and enforce global IT & TI standards and guidelines
- Conduct budget planning and control for local IT in alignment with global stakeholders
- Ensure continuity of all local IT services
- Drive and monitor IT & TI processes and innovations, enhancing core services group-wide
General Tasks:
- Provide comprehensive technical support, managing local IT infrastructure.
- Oversee hardware, operating systems, and application lifecycle.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related project consultations.
- Deploy and adapt group IT solutions to local contexts.
Our requirements:
Technical knowledge:
- Proficiency in infrastructure management, including VMware, Microsoft M365 Cloud, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of MES systems (e.g., MPDV Hydra) will be an asset.
Other requirements:
- Self-motivated, autonomous, with a professional and service-oriented mindset.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing and developing IT infrastructure-driven teams.
- Good communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at the management level
- Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Understanding IT effects to Production or willing to learn
- Familiarity with business processes in a manufacturing organization and the understanding of IT effects is desirable.
- Motivation to work within an international team, possessing strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel biannually for global devision meetings
- Fluent in English.
