Long-standing employees are the backbone of our success. That is why we take particular pleasure in regularly recognizing their loyalty and commitment. Last week, we celebrated precisely this occasion: honoring our employees for their decades of service.

During a festive event, a total of 59 colleagues were honored for their 20, 25, 30, 35, and even 40 years of service to the company. After a warm welcome by Jochen Brüggen and a group photo, the festive tribute followed – accompanied by words of appreciation and personal gifts.

Afterwards, a buffet provided an opportunity for personal conversations, reflections, and encounters beyond the everyday work routine. Employees who were unable to attend due to illness or work commitments were of course also included in the celebration.
The entire evening was marked by gratitude, respect, and a strong sense of community – an expression of what our company stands for: solidarity across generations.
