Lübeck/Rosche, 11 August 2026 – H. & J. Brüggen KG and Bauck GmbH will in future hold equal stakes in Roscher Mühle GmbH, based in Rosche (Lower Saxony). With 50 per cent of the shares each, both family-run businesses are investing in the long-term development of Roscher Mühle.
Roscher Mühle has been a reliable supplier of organic rolled oats to Brüggen for many years. The investment builds on this long-standing business relationship and combines the expertise of both companies.
