In order to further optimize processes and tasks in production in the future, we are increasingly relying on AI in partnership with the Lübeck start-up expandAI (spin-off of the University of Lübeck). We are still at the very beginning and are looking to the future together. 👨‍💻

In recent years, we have noticed that most (young) people simply don’t know or can’t imagine what a miller does these days: does he/she stand and turn a wheel to make the mill work? Well, Müller:in is not an old-fashioned profession, but requires interest and know-how in high-tech.

At Brüggen, we firmly believe that change can only succeed if colleagues work FOR and WITH each other. A small team from Lübeck therefore spent three days visiting our colleagues in Wilga at Brüggen Polska Sp. z o.o to offer various training courses on digitalization topics (Microsoft Tools, Chat-GPT & Canva).
