After an exciting and varied introduction week, our new apprentices have now joined their respective departments.

We would like to congratulate our 14 graduates on successfully completing their training at Brüggen!

Following an invitation from frischli, we were delighted to take part in the Tree Planting Challenge – a great opportunity to highlight our commitment to sustainability.

Last week, we celebrated a very special occasion: honoring our long-standing employees.

As a company with regional roots and an international outlook, it is of great importance to Brüggen to promote young talent. For several years, we have therefore been involved in supporting the Germany Scholarship at the TH Lübeck.

On April 3, 2025, it was that time again: Girls’ Day at H. & J. Brüggen KG in Lübeck! Schoolgirls from Lübeck, Hamburg and the surrounding area were our guests and got exciting insights into the world of milling and production.

Last week, Sales Day 2025 took place at Brüggen – a valuable opportunity for our sales team to exchange ideas with colleagues from Poland and France, to analyze the current market and competitive situation and to develop impulses for future growth.

How can integration in companies be successful? What challenges are there, and which solutions are practical? These questions were the focus of the podcast ‘Geschichten mit Zukunft’ by the Lübeck Business Development Corporation.
